In society today has a lot of creativity that is done in processing and preserving foods that aims to increase the appetite of society itself. Pickling is a form of food processing using certain ways both from natural materials and artificial materials. The rise of food products that contain preservatives and food processing are less precise. The selection of food that will be consumed products must meet food needs for good health. Health itself is something that is very important and should always be considered for humans. Therefore, it would be nice if we always pay attention to processing and food conditions that we want to eat in order to prevent the body from various health problems.
